2. General Terms

1. 2.1. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when making purchases or campsite reservations.
2. 2.2. Customers must be at least 18 years old to make a campsite booking. Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout their stay.
3. 2.3. All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise stated.
4. 2.4. We reserve the right to update our products, prices, promotions, services and website content from time to time.
5. 2.5. Changes to these Terms & Conditions will be published on our website and will generally apply to transactions entered into after the updated terms take effect. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
6. 2.6. E-commerce purchases and campsite bookings are subject to different operational rules. Please refer to the relevant sections and policies for the transaction or service concerned.

3. Website Usage

1. 3.1. You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.
2. 3.2. You must not use our website to engage in fraud, unauthorised activities, attempts to disrupt website operations or any conduct prohibited by applicable law.
3. 3.3. Website content, including our branding, photographs, graphics, written materials and designs, is owned by or licensed to PD Mayangsari unless otherwise stated.
4. 3.4. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
5. 3.5. We may temporarily suspend or restrict website access for maintenance, security updates, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Products, Pricing and Availability

1. 4.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
2. 4.2. Actual product colours, appearances or packaging may differ slightly from the images displayed due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations or supplier updates.
3. 4.3. All products are subject to stock availability.
4. 4.4. Delivery charges and other applicable fees will be disclosed during checkout or before the relevant transaction is confirmed.
5. 4.5. If a product is unavailable or a material pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you and explain the available options, which may include accepting a revised order or receiving a refund where appropriate.

5. Orders, Payments and Promotions

1. 5.1. Placing an order constitutes a purchase request. An order is confirmed when the required payment has been verified and the order has been accepted by PD Mayangsari.
2. 5.2. We may reject or cancel an order where there is suspected fraud, a payment issue, a material pricing error or unavailable stock, subject to applicable law.
3. 5.3. Payments must be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. 5.4. Instalment payment arrangements, where available, are subject to the approval, eligibility requirements and conditions of the relevant payment provider.
5. 5.5. Promotional codes, discount vouchers and campaign offers are subject to their stated validity periods and additional conditions.
6. 5.6. Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be applied per order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. 5.7. Please refer to our Payment & Delivery Terms and Returns & Refunds Policy for further information about payments, delivery, cancellations and refunds.

6. Campsite Bookings and Payments

1. 6.1. Campsite reservations may be made through our official website, authorised booking partners or direct booking channels offered by PD Mayangsari.
2. 6.2. Full payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise stated during the booking process.
3. 6.3. Guests should retain their booking confirmation and reference number as proof of reservation.
4. 6.4. All guests must comply with the applicable campsite rules, staff instructions and safety notices.
5. 6.5. Reservation availability, rates, additional charges and booking conditions will be communicated through the relevant booking channel.
6. 6.6. Where overlapping reservations or system errors occur, we will contact affected customers and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
7. 6.7. Campsite cancellations, refunds and rescheduling are governed by the Campsite Booking Cancellation & Refund provisions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Campsite Rules and Conduct

1. 7.1. Guest limits: A maximum of six persons is permitted per camping lot, unless a different limit is expressly confirmed for the booking.
2. 7.2. Visitors: Visitors are not permitted after 8:00 PM.
3. 7.3. Noise: Karaoke is prohibited. Quiet hours apply after midnight, and guests must avoid excessive noise or behaviour that disturbs others.
4. 7.4. BBQ and fires: Ground BBQs and bonfires are prohibited. Only appropriate grills or fire pits may be used in permitted areas. Open fires without suitable safety equipment or protection are not allowed.
5. 7.5. Alcohol and smoking: Excessive alcohol consumption, disruptive party behaviour and smoking in prohibited areas are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only in designated or otherwise permitted outdoor areas.
6. 7.6. Dress code: Guests must wear appropriate attire in shared facilities and public areas.
7. 7.7. Pets and fireworks: Pets and fireworks are prohibited unless expressly authorised by PD Mayangsari in writing.
8. 7.8. Electrical usage: Electrical facilities must be used responsibly. Appliances exceeding 1,000 watts are not permitted unless specifically authorised. Applicable electrical charges will be communicated through the relevant booking or facility information.
9. 7.9. Environmental responsibility: Guests must not cut trees, damage vegetation, disturb wildlife or harm the natural surroundings. All rubbish must be placed in designated bins.
10. 7.10. Children and dependants: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and dependants at all times.
11. 7.11. Personal belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings and taking reasonable precautions against loss, theft or damage.
12. 7.12. Shared facilities: Toilets, showers, the surau, picnic tables and other shared facilities must be used respectfully and kept clean.
13. 7.13. Safety and removal: We may take reasonable action, including refusing entry or requiring a guest to leave, where necessary for safety, security or the enforcement of campsite rules. Any cancellation or removal will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances involved.

8. Campsite Facilities, Equipment and Property Damage

1. 8.1. Facilities may include toilets, showers, a surau, a mini-kiosk, seaview picnic tables, rubbish bins, electrical outlets, parking and security arrangements, subject to availability and operational conditions.
2. 8.2. Facility availability may change due to maintenance, weather, safety requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. 8.3. Guests are responsible for loss of or damage to rental equipment, campsite property or facilities caused by their negligence, misuse or deliberate actions, subject to applicable law.
4. 8.4. Reasonable compensation may be required for verified damage or loss attributable to a guest.

9. Product Warranties and Third-Party Suppliers

1. 9.1. Certain products may be supplied, fulfilled or warranted by third-party vendors, manufacturers or suppliers.
2. 9.2. Applicable warranty coverage, duration, conditions and exclusions will be stated in the product description or accompanying warranty information.
3. 9.3. Customers should retain their order confirmations and purchase receipts for warranty claims.
4. 9.4. PD Mayangsari may assist customers with enquiries involving suppliers, deliveries, returns and warranties.
5. 9.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

10. Liability and Indemnity

1. 10.1. Guests use campsite facilities and participate in campsite activities at their own risk and must take reasonable precautions for their safety.
2. 10.2. To the extent permitted by law, PD Mayangsari is not responsible for loss, injury, theft or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a person's own negligence, misconduct or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.
3. 10.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law.
4. 10.4. Customers and guests are responsible for their own actions and, where applicable, the actions of their dependants or persons under their supervision.
5. 10.5. Where loss or damage is caused by a customer's or guest's negligence or deliberate misconduct, that person may be responsible for the resulting loss to the extent permitted by law.
6. 10.6. Nothing in this section removes statutory consumer rights, remedies or other legal protections available under Malaysian law.

11. Weather, Emergencies and Force Majeure

1. 11.1. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, courier disruptions or major technical failures.
2. 11.2. Where adverse weather or unsafe conditions affect campsite operations, electrical supply or facility availability, guests must follow safety instructions issued by campsite management.
3. 11.3. We may temporarily restrict activities, close affected facilities or suspend campsite operations where reasonably necessary for safety.
4. 11.4. Where a booking, order or service is materially affected, we will communicate with affected customers and consider available remedies in accordance with the applicable policy and Malaysian law.

12. Privacy and Personal Data

1. 12.1. We collect and process personal information for purposes such as order processing, campsite reservations, payments, deliveries, customer support and other legitimate business operations.
2. 12.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws.
3. 12.3. We may share necessary information with authorised payment providers, delivery companies and other service providers to fulfil transactions and operate our services.
4. 12.4. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of data collection, use, disclosure, retention and customer rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

1. 13.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
2. 13.2. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve concerns through communication and good-faith discussion.
3. 13.3. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through the applicable Malaysian dispute resolution procedures and legal jurisdiction.
